Refund policy

We want you to be happy with our product. When you receive your iris order, open the package and inspect the rhizomes.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the items you ordered, contact us for a full refund or replacement (if available) on the item that you are not satisfied with.  Bonus irises are included with some orders as a courtesy.  These free bonus irises are not refundable or replaceable.
